  • Saturday: off
  • Sunday: Long Run 6 miles – ran 5 miles, 1 hour, did not push for the 6.

The plan for this coming week is:

  • Monday: walk or cross train 40 minutes
  • Tuesday: 30 to 45 minute Tempo/Hill/Interval run (AM); 90 minutes of Bikram (PM)
  • Wednesday: walk or cross train 40 minutes
  • Thursday: 30 to 45 minute Run
  • Friday: walk or cross train 40 minutes
  • Saturday: off
  • Sunday: Long Run 7 miles

My treadmill is dying. It sounded horrible on my Sunday run. Went to Sears to look at replacement options. This one has lasted me about 6.5 years, with the last 3 years having heavy use. I tried out the Nordic Track A2250 and am considering it. The reviews I read make the treadmill sound OK. I really liked that it was QUIET and has the ability to adjust the cushioning. The only down side is if I ever need Nordic Track customer support which sounds abysmal. However, I think getting it from Sears would mean working with their customer service and support instead. I’ll look at alternatives if that’s not the case.

  1. Thank Irene.
From Julie Berg’s blog it sounds like she’s gotten great service on hers. Given how much she runs, I should be fine.
Nice to see you blogging again. Have missed you.
